- Publisher number from MLC (starts with "P")
- PRO publisher account (ASCAP, BMI, or SESAC)
- LLC business information and EIN
- Business bank account for payments
- $100 registration fee payment method
CRITICAL WARNING: When registering with HFA, DO NOT let them create a new publisher profile for you. You must use your existing Publisher number from MLC to avoid conflicts and ensure proper royalty flow.
